The Hampstead Summer Festival Art Fair returns to Whitestone Pond on Sunday 23 June.
For centuries Hampstead has been home and inspiration to many practicing artists and art has always played an important role in the Hampstead Summer Festival.
This year, the HSF Art Fair – in association with Hampstead School of Art - is back on Sunday, 23 June at Whitestone Pond and will be officially opened at 12 noon.
We’re passionate about giving everyone the opportunity to learn about, experience, and enjoy art.
Art to see, art to buy, demonstrations, workshops and children’s activities, it attracts serious buyers, those looking to start a collection, and those prepared to get their hands dirty and unleash the inner artist – all to the backdrop of live music and entertainment. Plus fine wine, artisan food and handmade produce from local suppliers.
Festival goers are invited to paint on the giant community canvas and Hampstead School of Art tutors work live demonstrating techniques such as Chinese Brush Painting, Silk Painting, Printmaking, Mosaics, Fabric Painting and Portraiture. Children will be invited to take part in their own special Activity event.
